How quarterly ESA billing works

Free screening. Your first BCBA screening is provided at no cost, it is not billed to your ESA account or submitted to ClassWallet.
Recommendation & funding check. Your BCBA recommends a ratio and monthly hour range, weighed against what your ESA award or private-pay budget can sustain.
Sessions logged. Every session is recorded with date, duration, staffing ratio, and staff credential.
Parent training logged separately. Each parent-training session is logged on its own by date and provider.
Itemized quarterly invoice. A fully itemized invoice is submitted to ClassWallet each quarter, every session and training line accounted for.
Reviewed & adjustable. Hours and ratio are reviewed each quarter and can be adjusted as your child progresses and funding allows.
A note on cost & billing. The initial screening is provided at no cost and is not billed to your ESA account or submitted to ClassWallet. Ongoing plan sessions and parent training are fully itemized and invoiced in accordance with Arizona ESA / ADE requirements.
