Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Carry a caseload of DDD members in their homes with a supervising SLP behind you. You run sessions and write notes; your supervisor reviews and co-signs. Ideal if you want autonomy without being left alone.
What we need
- ✓AZ SLPA licensure (or in process)
- ✓Reliable transport + auto insurance
- ✓Comfortable working in family homes
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP / CCC-SLP)
Evaluate, write plans of care, and supervise SLPAs, or carry your own caseload, or both. Clinical Fellows welcome; we supervise CFs properly rather than signing off and disappearing.
What we need
- ✓AZ SLP license
- ✓CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow
- ✓Evaluation experience (peds and/or adult)
Build our ABA program with us
We're launching in-home ABA for DDD and AHCCCS members and hiring the team that will define it. Get in early and help set the standard, the same in-home, family-first model we use in speech.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Help us build the program from the ground up. Assess, write behavior plans, supervise RBTs, and shape how in-home ABA works here. A founding role with real say in the clinical model, not a seat in someone else’s machine.
What we need
- ✓BCBA certification (AZ LBA)
- ✓Experience with in-home / DDD populations a plus
- ✓Wants to build, not just bill
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Deliver and support behavior programming under a BCBA, run parent training, and help carry a growing caseload as we launch.

- ✓BCaBA certification
- ✓Reliable transport for in-home visits
- ✓Comfortable coaching families
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Deliver direct 1:1 ABA in members’ homes under a supervising BCBA. The steady, hands-on heart of the program, with supervision that actually shows up.

Students & trainees
Internships & fieldwork
We supervise the next generation, not just employ the current one. If you're a speech or behavior-analysis student who needs supervised hours, we host placements, with a supervisor who teaches.
SLP graduate students & Clinical Fellows
Get real in-home hours with a supervising SLP who teaches instead of just co-signs. We work with your program’s clinical-hour requirements and give you caseload experience you can’t get in a clinic room.
BCBA fieldwork candidates
Earn your supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification with structured supervision from a credentialed analyst, as our ABA program grows, so does your experience.
