Careers
A caseload worth having.
We're hiring SLPs and SLPAs across the Phoenix area — W-2 or 1099, full-time or a few afternoons a week. You pick your ZIPs and your hours. We bring the referrals, the paperwork, and a supervisor who answers the phone.
Why here
What you actually get
Not perks. The things that decide whether a job is worth it.
$1,000 signing bonus
For SLPAs averaging more than 30 weekly appointment hours. Real money for building a full caseload.
You get paid for no-shows
50% of the No-Show fee when the family cancels late and declines a makeup — because your time was still blocked.
Healthcare for full-time W-2
Free healthcare benefit for W-2 providers averaging more than 30 weekly appointment hours.
Build your own schedule
Tell us your availability and the ZIPs you want to work. In-home visits, no time clock, no productivity quota.
Real SLP supervision
Every SLPA is paired with a supervising SLP who reviews and co-signs notes. Support, not paperwork roulette.
Credentialing that doesn’t drag
Our portal walks you through every credential, tracks expirations for you, and tells you exactly what’s left.
Bonus and benefit terms are set out in your agreement and depend on averaging the stated weekly appointment hours. We'll walk you through the specifics before you sign anything.
Open roles
Where you'd fit
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Carry a caseload of DDD members in their homes with a supervising SLP behind you. You run sessions and write notes; your supervisor reviews and co-signs. Ideal if you want autonomy without being left alone.
What we need
- ✓AZ SLPA licensure (or in process)
- ✓Reliable transport + auto insurance
- ✓Comfortable working in family homes
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP / CCC-SLP)
Evaluate, write plans of care, and supervise SLPAs — or carry your own caseload, or both. Clinical Fellows welcome; we supervise CFs properly rather than signing off and disappearing.
What we need
- ✓AZ SLP license
- ✓CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow
- ✓Evaluation experience (peds and/or adult)
